Alhamdulillah, this year ramadhan and syawal were totally great. Everything goes up very well. I got to experience working in fasting month, and finally done with the internship program few days before celebrating hari raya.
As for raya outfit, I opted for kebaya nyonya in red. This is my first time wearing a kebaya nyonya, thus I was surprised to know that it has no buttons as closure. Lol. So I secured it with safety pins. Selendang lama, kain sarung lama, with a new kebaya tops :)

Selamat Hari Raya!

Just to share with my readers some good news. I’m currently on diet program and have lost 3kg to date (about 3 weeks). I think the tips might be helpful to those who are planning to put off some kilos but still remain healthy. Wonder how I make it?
Throughout the fasting month, I took Herbalife as my daily supplement and consumed it during sahur (or breakfasting). I woke up with a cup of Herbalife tea plus honey and a glass of strawberry shake 30 minutes after, drinks a lot of plain water (2 liter) in between. Surprisingly the 2 combination keeps me energetic along the day while still control my food craving during breakfasting.

Sometimes I did some skipping and sit up, but the main key is to control my food intake while consuming this product. The tea has a fat burner in it that helps the process of losing weight though the shake provides enough nutrition for health. A highly recommended supplement I must say :)

Few months after I joined the internship program, pimples started to pop out on my face, especially on the t-zone area. I was unsure what exactly cause the problem, but, perhaps it’s due to routine changes? I tried to bear with it for a couple of months until I finally decided to seek for a solution. I heard collagen works great on problem skin.
There are a few brands came into my list when I decided to try collagen. Kinohimitsu, Lennox, NH Colla Plus, Total Image, and Cocoa Collagen Power Plus (CCPP) are among best sellers, but NH Colla Plus has attracted me the most. Maybe it’s because the brand had gained a lot of positive reviews.

So I bought the trial pack at RM80+ from Watson. The first bottle I took, I already in love with the taste. It’s something like grapes. The instructions stated that I have to consume a bottle (before sleep) for the first 6 days and continue with a bottle on every alternate day. Ok, I already consumed my first bottle and was excited to feel the difference!
The next morning, I did notice some changes. No, it’s nothing great. Pimples pop out even more on the t-zone area while the cheek area becomes totally dry! :( Seriously, I’m not lying. The result was that fast. I was so surprised to see the outcome, but kept on persuading myself that it’s just a part of recovery process. Hence I consumed the trial pack until it last bottle.

Still I couldn’t see any positive sign. I was in dilemma whether to continue buying the product and wait for the result, or directly stop. But later I considered on giving myself a second chance. I bought the value pack which can last for a month. Phew, I hope this time it will gonna works.
Sad to say, hundred plus spend but the result is still the same. I stopped from consuming the product and learned something. I shouldn’t put high expectation on thing based on its price. Sometime, cheap product does wonder. Things that works on others aren’t necessarily work on me. Maybe I’m allergic to marine collagen, or, maybe it’s just too early for me to consume those supplements.
