Just to share with my readers some good news. I’m currently on diet program and have lost 3kg to date (about 3 weeks). I think the tips might be helpful to those who are planning to put off some kilos but still remain healthy. Wonder how I make it?

Throughout the fasting month, I took Herbalife as my daily supplement and consumed it during sahur (or breakfasting). I woke up with a cup of Herbalife tea plus honey and a glass of strawberry shake 30 minutes after, drinks a lot of plain water (2 liter) in between. Surprisingly the 2 combination keeps me energetic along the day while still control my food craving during breakfasting.

Sometimes I did some skipping and sit up, but the main key is to control my food intake while consuming this product. The tea has a fat burner in it that helps the process of losing weight though the shake provides enough nutrition for health. A highly recommended supplement I must say :)

It has been month since I last pampered my body. The skin is totally dry and pale. Not only that, I have been neglecting the supplements too. Sigh, now pimples are all over the face. On cheek, chin, and forehead. Uhhh, stressful!

Good thing, I have finally had the time to back to skin and health care. Yesterday, I did a simple home-facial. Cheap and totally safe on skin, somehow I was amazed by the result! I just followed the homemade recipes I found on net. Blend all together, apply on face, and rinse it off.

As for daily use, I have been using the Body Shop vitamin E skincare, but later I realized that it doesn’t really suit my skin. So once I’m finished with the bottle, I decided to opt for other brand. That’s when I decided to try Himalaya facial wash and totally in love with it ♥ I might even consider sticking with this brand for my next purchases :)

Enough with facial, I took BOH green tea to detoxify my body. Seriously I have been eating unhealthily for the past few weeks. Nasi arab, steak, ice cream goreng, u name it. Plus, I haven’t being to exercise recently, reason for feeling energyless and sleepy at most time. Thanks to green tea, it makes my body fresher and lighter.

Finally, I have started to consume the supplements, again. These are the supplements I used to take: spirulina, bilberry eyebright plus, folic acids, vitamin c, and primrose oil. But as I’m running out of stock for the vitamin c and eyebright plus, I just continue with the other 3. Vitamin c, I can get enough of it by eating lot of fruits!
