Egg sandwiches

Ahhh. Good things of blogging about my attempted on preparing breakfast, I can refer back to those entries whenever I’m about to prepare breakfast but ran out of idea! Lol. This week, emak went to Kuching, again, leaving me with my dear bro at home. So, I’m back to kitchen :) As for today, I did managed to prepare egg sandwiches for him *clap* Mind u, it’s easy peasy but taste great!

Day 3: Nasi goreng

Today is a good day! I’m feeling much better when I woke up from slept, (no more running noise yay!) so I have decided to cook something for us. Nasi goreng :) Knowing that abah will off to work at 9am, I have already prepared the main ingredients since last night so that I don’t have to rush and all during the cooking section. Here’s my version of nasi goreng:

This is the only version of nasi goreng that I know. Haha. I got the recipe from my sis (perhaps, she got it from emak), but later I did some alteration here and there, depending on the ingredients that are available in the fridge. Of course, I make it easier too! Emak loves to use the traditional way (tumbuk bahan 1 hingga 4), while I’m preferring the existed technology :p Definitely the taste might be different, no?

I’m not an expert when it comes to cook, but I’m learning. It’s fun! Seriously, u won’t see me cooking unless emak is not at home. Herm, I don’t think that I will post up the picture of my yummy nasi goreng, lol. But I’m posting the recipe here for my own reference in future :)
