Hello people, happy new year! So how u did spent ur 1st January 2012? Saya luangkan hari pertama pada tahun baru dengan menghadiri bengkel kecantikan Mary Kay! Hehe. Best sangat, thanks to my highschool senior for sending the invitation. I learned something new today. Sekarang saya dah ada asas solekan :)
Ok, first we learned the basic skincare routine. I thing I’m doing fine with this part. From cleanser, to toner, to moisturizer, and masker once or twice a week. Skincare saya consist all of the items, the basic three items are from Clinique whereas the masker is from Bodyshop. So far I’m a satisfied customer of Clinique.
Next, we proceed with the make-up session. For me, this is the most exciting part. Kami belajar cara apply eyeshadow (3 combination colors), eyeliner, blusher, lipstick, and mascara. To a person who has zero knowledge in make-up, it was so much fun! All of the make-ups are from Mary Kay :)
After the first trial, I can say that I’m happy with the brand. The price range is more or less the same as counter product such as Clinique, so do the quality. Saya rasa Mary kay serasi dengan kulit saya :) Will definitely consider the brand if I’m about to change my skincare brand. Buat masa ni masih sayang dengan Clinique. Hehe.
Oh, there was lucky draws before we end the session, and guest what? It was my lucky day! Pulang ke rumah dengan Mary Kay sample kit botanical skincare f2 worth RM100+. We only paid RM20 for the event, belajar skincare, make-up, and enjoyed foods, make friends, have fun, and free gift. To sum up, saya adalah sangat gembira! Thanks Mary Kay and thank kak eyza.

Semalam adalah sangat seronok, berkumpul sekeluarga di hadapan tv menonton rancangan masterchef. Sejak tinggal di hostel, agak jarang saya pulang ke rumah. Tuntutan belajar sangat mencabar. Setiap hari jadual penuh dengan kelas sebab saya ambil maximum credit hours this trimester. 7 subjek kesemuanya. Walaupun mencabar, Alhamdulillah Allah masih permudahkan urusan saya. Semoga berterusan hingga akhir trimester :)
Sekarang agak lapang, midterms and assignments mostly done. Jadi saya ambil peluang untuk pulang ke rumah. Oh, yang paling best setiap kali pulang ke rumah ialah masakan emak! Hehe. Sejak rancangan masterchef disiarkan, selalu juga kami dihidangkan dengan resepi baru. Dan kali ni, first attempted mak on preparing ‘homemade steak’. Sedap!
